  • When does Registration begin?

    Registration for ENGENE MEMBERSHIP PRESALE begins Monday, April 14 at 5PM (PT) / 8PM (ET)

  • Do I need to be a ENGENE MEMBERSHIP (US) holder to participate in the presale?

    Yes, this presale is exclusively for ENGENE MEMBERSHIP (US) holders. If you are a non-member, please visit Weverse to join.

  • What do I do after signing up on Weverse?

    After signing up on Weverse, please follow the steps below.

    • Join ENHYPEN Weverse
    • Buy and join ENGENE MEMBERSHIP (US) on Weverse App
    • Apply for ENGENE MEMBERSHIP PRESALE on Weverse

    Presale Registration will begin on Monday, April 14 at 5PM (PT) / 8PM (ET) and will continue until Sunday, April 20 at 1AM (PT) / 4AM (ET)

  • I have already joined ENGENE MEMBERSHIP (US). Do I still have to apply for the ENGENE MEMBERSHIP PRESALE?

    Yes. You must apply through Weverse to participate in the ENGENE MEMBERSHIP PRESALE.

    If you have an iCloud email address, we suggest that the “Hide my Email” function is turned off to ensure proper code delivery. Click here for more info.

    If fans have signed up to Weverse via their Apple ID and have a setting to “Hide My Email”, their email does not pass through to us so that we can properly deliver their codes.

  • How do I receive my presale code?

    On the morning of Wednesday, April 23, AEG will send a presale code to your email address that is registered as your Weverse ID. You will have to input your presale code before purchasing presale tickets.

  • When is the ENGENE MEMBERSHIP PRESALE?

    Presale will start at Wednesday, April 23 at 4PM (US Local) and will end on Thursday, April 24 at 10PM (US Local).

  • How many tickets am I allowed to purchase with my presale code?

    The presale code will allow you to purchase a maximum of 6 tickets and can only be used once per show.

  • Once I register for presale and receive the presale code, will it guarantee that I can purchase tickets during presale?

    Participating in presale registration DOES NOT guarantee tickets to the show. Tickets will be available on a first-come first-serve basis.

  • How to buy presale tickets: 6 STEPS
    1. Create / Log in on ticket sites: Ticketmaster.com / AXS.com
    2. Search “ENHYPEN”
    3. Choose your desired city
    4. The Lobby -> Waiting Room -> Queue -> Enter “PRESALE CODE” (The “PRESALE CODE” is a combination of numbers and/or alphabet characters that was sent to your email address used as Weverse ID.)
    5. Continue to purchase
  • What does “LOCAL TIME” mean?

    Local time refers to the time zone where the venue is located.

  • Where do I purchase the tickets?

    Tickets will be sold from the websites designated by the venues. Click the “BUY TICKETS” button on this website to directly get transferred to the ticket site.

  • Is there an age requirement to attend?

    This show is for all ages.

  • Are tickets refundable?

    All sales are final. No refund, no exchange available.

  • Will there be a General Onsale after ENGENE MEMBERSHIP PRESALE ends?

    Yes, there will be a General Onsale following ENGENE MEMBERSHIP PRESALE on Friday, April 25 at 4PM (US Local). Tickets will be available on a first-come-first-serve basis.
